ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýµÇ¼ƽ̨ Real Estate Company (URC), won the national-level “Development Project of the Year” Award for Hessah Towers in Kuwait, and the “Refit Project of the Year” award for Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis in Egypt at the MEED Awards for Projects 2024.

This double win is a reaffirmation of URC’s leading position in the Real Estate sector in providing outstanding architectural icons in the State of Kuwait and abroad.

As for receiving the “Refit Project of the Year” award for Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis, it reflects the preservation of authenticity, as the design of the hotel draws inspiration from the city's rich history and culture and carries ancient Egyptian influences that have been revived in a modern way. The hotel's décor was inspired by the Art Deco era, with touches of pharaonic art and nature inspired paintings.
